Roofing
POFI Construction Corp. is an authorized and certified applicator and / or installer for all of the Major Roofing and Waterproofing Systems specified in the New York Metropolitan area.
Waterproofing
Water penetration and intrusion is a major problem when considering the effect it has on tenant dissatisfaction, damage to exterior and interior finishes, and mold development.
Local Law
Local Law 11 was passed and signed into law in 1980. Under this law, the facades of buildings of more than six stories have to be inspected every five years.
